Examples
Here you can check basic examples of how to setup some of the permissions group, with that you can base your future ideas. Before configuring any of these examples make sure that you setup everything correctly according to Setup Access documentation.
Queue Admin/Viewer
Suppose that you want to grant the Admin/Viewer permissions to Queues for selected group of people. Beside of adding Read or ReadWrite rights for Queues Functional Permission you might consider granting Read or ReadWrite rights to Skill Based Routing and CRM Replicator Functional Permissions. It will allow selected group of people to change or view crucial parts related to Queues.
Functional Permissions:
- Queues – Read or ReadWrite
- Skill Based Routing – Read or ReadWrite
- CRM Replicator – Read or ReadWrite
This configuration will restrict an access to only Queues, Skill Based Routing and CRM Replicator sections of ROGER365.io admin portal. Depends on your rights configuration you are able to view the configuration or manage it. (it’s possible to mix rights)
CallFlow Admin/Viewer
Suppose that you want to grant the Admin/Viewer permissions to the CallFlow section. Beside of adding Read or ReadWrite rights, consider adding Read or ReadWrite rights to Audio Prompts, Schedules and CRM Replicator. It will allow selected group of people to change or view crucial parts related to CallFlows.
Functional Permissions:
- CallFlows – Read or ReadWrite
- Audio Prompts – Read or ReadWrite
- Schedules – Read or ReadWrite
- CRM Replicator – Read or ReadWrite
This configuration will restrict an access to only CallFlow, Audio Prompts, Schedules and CRM Replicator sections of ROGER365.io admin portal. Depends on your rights configuration you are able to view the configuration or manage it.
Read access for CallFlow Functional Permissions allows to check/edit configuration of callflow without possibility to Save any changes, users can use Import/Export functionality.
CallFlow Supervisor Admin/Viewer
CallFlow Supervisor Functional Permission works in slightly different way than CallFlow Functional Permission. User with this permission will see the CallFlows only when they’re containing the Queue action – Queue assigned to that action has to have the user assigned as a Supervisor. User is able to see the Subflows of the CallFlows which user have an access to. Consider adding Functional Permissions to Audio Prompts, Schedules and CRM Replicator which will allow the selected group of people to change or view crucial parts related to CallFlows.
Functional Permissions:
- CallFlows Supervisor – Read or ReadWrite
- Audio Prompts – Read or ReadWrite
- Schedules – Read or ReadWrite
- CRM Replicator – Read or ReadWrite
This configuration will restrict an access to only CallFlow, Audio Prompts, Schedules and CRM Replicator sections of ROGER365.io admin portal. Depends on your rights configuration you are able to view the configuration or manage it.
Note: Read access for CallFlow Supervisor Functional Permissions allows to edit configuration of callflow which users have an access to, and use Import/Export functionality. There is no possibility to Save any changes (case for Read right). Administrators can combine the CallFlow Read, and CallFlow Supervisor ReadWrite Functional Permissions together. It will allow selected users for seeing every callflow, but editing only those which they’re part of Queue’s Supervisor.
You can create new CallFlows and save them only with CallFlow ReadWrite Functional Permission.
