To authorize yourself into Swagger tool for API you have to have API key with Conversations scope.

Authorize yourself to API tool by clicking on “Authorize” button and pasting the API Key from ROGER’s admin portal which contains Conversations scope.

With Contact Center component you can for example: create your own Wallboard out with most important information from the GeneralStatistics and QueuedRequests sections. Perfect solution for your TV’s, or external displays. You can update the status of an agents, assign skills and more.
