What to do next?
When you have successfully enrolled into ROGER365 and you have access to the portal, you can try to configure your first communication channel. Here you find the steps to take (and where to find the documentation how to configure it).
Contact Center
If you already are using Teams Calling (via a Microsoft Calling Plan, Operator Connect or Direct Route) you can activate the Contact Center Functionality. You need to follow these steps:
- Authorize Contact Center and install the ROGER365.io Teams App (click here)
- Create Resource Account and connect a phone number. (click here)
- Configure Audio Prompts (click here)
- Configure a schedule (click here)
- Configure reason codes (click here)
- Create and configure a queue (click here)
- Create and configure a callflow (click here)
Social Messaging
Creating a flow between a TouchPoint like Webchat or WhatsApp all have the same principle.
